About TEA Africa

The Empowerment Arc Africa Foundation - Building confident, capable, and connected African youth

Our Story

Our Story

Founded in 2018, The Empowerment Arc Africa Foundation (TEA Africa) was born from a simple yet powerful vision: to create a supportive ecosystem where African youth can thrive, discover their potential, and become the leaders of tomorrow.

We recognized that young Africans face unique challenges - from limited access to mental health resources to gaps in career guidance and confidence-building opportunities. TEA Africa was created to bridge these gaps and provide holistic support for personal and professional growth.

Today, we've impacted over 5,000 young lives across 10+ African communities, offering programs in confidence building, career development, and mental health support. Our journey has just begun, and we're committed to expanding our reach and deepening our impact.

Our Mission

To empower African youth through comprehensive programs that build confidence, provide career guidance, and support mental well-being, creating a generation of resilient and capable leaders.

Our Vision

A future where every African youth has access to the resources, support, and opportunities needed to reach their full potential and contribute meaningfully to their communities and the world.
